*Vice President: After 27 years in the motorcoach tour business I am seeking a business partner to share the ownership responsibilities with. This is a hands-on roll up your sleeves opportunity, full time position in the office. A substantial investment is required. *Tour Director: Our Tour Directors have responsibility for managing our tours from start to finish. The Tour Director plays an extremely important role in the success of the tour. Must be likable, dependable, good with detail and genuinely concerned that every passenger enjoys the trip. It is also a sales position encouraging people to come back and join us on another tour. We used to have our own in house training program but it was extremely time consuming and has been discontinued. We now hire graduates of the International Tour Management Institute exclusively. ITMI offers an extraordinary comprehensive training program that we cannot match. Graduates are trained to deal with just about any situation and have the professional skills that we want on the road. Tour Directors are paid on a daily basis while managing tours. For overnight tours, we cover overnight hotel expenses. By having all of our Tour Directors trained by ITMI, we will have everyone trained professionally and we can operate our tours in a consistent manner.
*Tour Planner/Reservations Manager: A full time job planning upcoming tours, booking and confirming tour packages and tour planning research. Also supervises tour reservations, client payments, confirmations and invoicing. Must be an ITMI graduate.
*Travel Agent: Did you know there are no travel agencies in Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth or Freeport? This is a desk rental opportunity for an experienced travel agent interested in sharing office space with us and also benefiting from our substantial customer base.

*Step-on Guides: You can work with the cruise ships that visit the area and motorcoach tours from out of state looking for local people to "step-on" their motorcoach and offer a professional narrated tour of the area, whether it by Portland, Kennebunkport, the seacoast region of southern Maine/Portsmouth or other areas, it's a great way to have a ton of fun and pick up some extra spending money. *Reservation Agent: Part time opening in our Worcester, MA branch office.
* Staff Philanthropologist: TOUR BUSters! is the biggest contributor to the Lids for Kids charity, raises money for local theatres and also supports the Center for Perfect Harmony, an environmental education organization. This is a volunteer position assisting with promoting these organizations and supervising fundraising efforts to support them.
*Business Opportunity: Own your own tour agency. You can sell our tours on a commission basis and offer your own tours as well. By partnering with us and our 27 years experience a lot of the risk will be minimalized. A $10,000 investment required to get started, you can sell our tours with a 10% commission, add your own tours (we'll help you plan them), we'll give you 600 names and addresses to get you started, we'll also give you a $1,000 credit toward any of our tours so you'll be able to keep the first $1000 of our tours that you book and more.
